Feixiaohao Exchange Delisting Policy

To ensure the quality of information and protect user rights, Feixiaohao has established the following delisting policy for exchange projects. This policy applies to all exchanges listed through cooperation or paid inclusion. Please read and confirm your understanding before initiating any partnership.

I. Delisting Criteria

Feixiaohao reserves the right to delist any exchange without prior notice if any of the following circumstances are identified:

1. Massive User Complaints

   Issues such as withdrawal failures, deposit delays, or account freezes, reported by multiple users with real-name evidence;

2. Legal Risks

   Including but not limited to: being flagged as high-risk or illegal by regulatory authorities, receipt of formal legal documents, or involvement in fraud, money laundering, pyramid schemes, or other unlawful activities;

3. Inaccessibility or Suspension of Operations

   The official channels of the project (website, social media, customer support, etc.) become unresponsive for an extended period, or the exchange is confirmed to have ceased operations;

4. Severely Misleading Information

   Key data such as trading volume, user base, or regulatory licenses are found to be falsified, exaggerated, or misleading;

5. Violations During Cooperation

   Including but not limited to: unauthorized modification of displayed data, misleading users to scam links, publishing false advertisements, or impersonating Feixiaohao’s official team.

II. Handling Procedures

1. Upon identification of any violations, Feixiaohao may mark the project as “Abnormal Exchange” or temporarily hide the listing;

2. In severe cases, the platform may permanently delist the exchange without any refund or compensation and terminate all cooperation;

3. If the delisting causes public concern or legal claims from users, Feixiaohao reserves the right to disclose the reasons for delisting.

1. All partners must fully understand and accept this policy before submitting listing applications or renewal payments;
